Alex Crusoe Andrew is an accomplished Senior Human Resources Manager with extensive leadership experience managing HR functions across multiple countries including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Morocco, Germany, Nigeria, Vietnam, Kazakhstan, Serbia, Egypt, and Kenya. Currently heading the HR operations at Dubai World Trade Centre, Alex leads HR process design, optimization, project leadership, policy modernization, compliance, and HR technology digitization with a focus on creating agile, high-performing organizational cultures.

Alex’s distinguished career features significant roles in maritime hospitality, having served as Human Resources Director at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings and Princess Cruises. There, he oversaw HR strategies impacting more than 1,300 employees across hospitality, retail, casino, deck, engineering, and revenue teams. His expertise in managing complex employee relations, talent development, and fostering inclusive, transparent work environments helped shape strong workplace cultures within highly demanding global operations.

Prior to these, Alex contributed substantially during the pre-opening and operational phases of key international hospitality projects. As Human Resources and Learning Manager for Louvre Hotels Group, he developed tailored organizational frameworks, streamlined recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and implemented SOPs aligned with labor laws and industry standards. He played an executive role that significantly enhanced HR functions, positioning organizations as employers of choice through strategic operational excellence.
Alex’s earlier experiences also include managing HR for high-profile properties such as Ports, Customs & Free Zone Corporation’s Queen Elizabeth 2, Azizi Developments’ corporate operations across MENA and India, and cluster HR leadership roles at Banyan Tree and Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts.
