Antoine Sassine is a distinguished hospitality and catering executive currently serving as Director of Operations at Yemek Doha & Elegancia Catering — two of Qatar’s premier industrial food service providers. With over 15 years of experience across Qatar, UAE, and Lebanon, Antoine has built a reputation for leading high-volume, multi-site operations with precision, agility, and strategic foresight.


Based in Doha, Antoine oversees the end-to-end operations of multiple locations, including private and public sites, hotels, and labor camps, delivering a large number of meals daily. His leadership spans budgeting, logistics, food safety compliance, and workforce development, ensuring consistent excellence across all service touchpoints. He is known for his ability to translate complex operational challenges into scalable, cost-effective solutions — while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, quality, and client satisfaction.
