Managing large-scale system migrations, operational integration, and brand implementation, she ensured a seamless transition while maintaining operational continuity and guest satisfaction throughout the process.

Mary’s commercial achievements earned widespread industry recognition. She was named one of the Most Popular Front Office Leaders in both 2023 and 2024, reflecting her influence within the regional hospitality sector. During her leadership, the hotel also received Agoda Partner Recognition in both 2024 and 2025, highlighting consistent excellence in guest satisfaction, digital reputation, and commercial performance. She also strengthened guest loyalty programmes and reinforced brand identity across the properties she managed, helping secure recognition and performance awards within the region.
