With over 25 years of distinguished experience in the luxury hospitality sector, Mr. Manos brings a wealth of expertise from across Europe, the Eastern Mediterranean, and the Middle East. His longstanding relationship with Kempinski Hotels began more than a decade ago, when he served as General Manager at Kempinski Grand Arena Bansko in 2012, followed by his role at Kempinski Aqaba Red Sea in 2015. Most recently, he was CEO of a leading travel group in Europe and the Balkans, managing a portfolio that included a Kempinski property along with two Marriott-branded hotels.
Mr. Manos is widely recognized for his strategic insight, commercial acumen, and unwavering commitment to authentic hospitality. His career is distinguished by successful hotel transformations, asset optimisation, and performance-driven leadership. Known for his multicultural leadership style, he excels at inspiring diverse teams while maintaining the highest standards of service and stakeholder engagement.
