Since joining Fairmont Ajman in 2021 as Director of Operations, he has played a key role in shaping the resort’s continued success. He led major service enhancement initiatives, elevated guest-experience standards, and guided a successful departmental restructure that strengthened collaboration and operational efficiency across the resort.
