Beginning as a fast-food service crew member and technical support representative, he transitioned into luxury hospitality with impressive roles at Yas Island Rotana Hotel, St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, Four Seasons, The Ritz-Carlton, Kempinski, and Jumeirah. His outstanding performance in upselling, guest satisfaction, and service excellence earned him high recognitions and propelled his rise.
