‏Nasser Al-Asmari is a distinguished Talent Development Expert with over 17 years of diverse experience spanning retail, aviation, HR, and organizational development throughout the MENAT region. Currently a Certified Empowerment Trainer at Maximus KSA, Nasser dedicates his career to creating lasting impact by designing and delivering innovative training programs that elevate workforce capabilities and promote sustainable growth.

‏Throughout his extensive career, Nasser has demonstrated a remarkable ability to craft and implement over 18 training programs, impacting more than 20,000 trainees from 40 nationalities across 15 business functions. His strategic approach integrates training with business priorities, enabling sales teams to embrace change, optimize performance, and collaborate effectively with marketing and other stakeholders.

‏Previously, as expert of Learning and Talent Development at Panda Retail Company part of the Savola Group he led kingdom-wide initiatives that trained over 4,000 employees via 17 comprehensive programs, some spanning six months. Nasser was instrumental in championing women’s empowerment, facilitating the first female retail workforce training group, and actively participating in national projects to train and employ 10,000 Saudi youth under the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVET).

At TLD Arabia Equipment Services, Nasser supervised training programs delivered in close collaboration with the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA). In this role, he ensured talent development and performance enhancement aligned with the highest international safety and quality standards, crucial to the aviation sector’s operational excellence in Saudi Arabia.

In his HR role, he also managed recruitment, payroll, attendance, investigations, and training aligned with Saudi labor regulations and government support programs. His expertise includes workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and compensation strategy.

‏Nasser’s leadership style is marked by passion, strategic planning, and a commitment to mentorship. His negotiation skills and analytic mindset enable him to seize opportunities and achieve tangible business outcomes.

‏With a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from King Abdulaziz University and professional certification from the Association for Talent Development (ATD), Nasser continues to evolve as a thought leader in talent development. He is preparing to participate as a speaker at the prestigious Princess Seetah bint Abdulaziz Al Saud Award for Excellence in Social Work in October 2025.
