Esposito’s career highlights include steering Hotel Danieli, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Venice, elevating its storied Venetian legacy. He previously helmed The Westin Doha Hotel & Spa, transforming the spa-centric retreat into a premier destination for business and leisure with Heavenly Spa, pools, WestinWORKOUT Fitness Studio, Kids Club, and over 3,000 sqm of event space across 365 rooms near Doha’s vibrant districts.


A pre-opening maestro, Esposito launched Sheraton Milan Malpensa Airport Hotel & Conference Center, directing 433 rooms with Terminal 1 access, innovative F&B concepts, revenue strategies, and owner relations. He managed Le Méridien Hotels of Turin as Complex GM across 380 rooms in 4* and 5* properties, served as Hotel Manager at Le Méridien Gallia Milan, and led Starwood’s EAME Profit Improvement projects.

His portfolio extends to Resident Manager at The Westin Palace Milan, Six Sigma Black Belt initiatives in Venice including Rooms Division Manager at Westin Europa & Regina and Front Office Manager at Hotel Danieli.

Renowned for hotel management, pre-openings, sales and revenue optimization, change management, and owner relations, Esposito holds INSEAD’s Managing Complexities certification and Six Sigma Black Belt status.
