A Career Built on Vision and Excellence
With over 25 years of experience, Rajesh has consistently pushed the boundaries of design. A proud alumnus of School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi, where he earned his B.Arch, he further sharpened his strategic edge with an Executive MBA.
Early in his career, Rajesh freelanced on high-impact designs spanning residences, corporate headquarters, hospitals, and retail spaces. He later served as Projects Head at Bandhini Home Store, delivering nationwide headquarters for corporate leaders such as Religare, Fortis, and Ranbaxy.
Breaking into luxury hospitality, Rajesh led landmark projects including:
- Radisson Blu Jaipur for Gurnani Hotels
- Dual Hyatt Regency properties in Gurgaon and Ludhiana for Piccadilly Group
- Fairfield Marriott and the revival of the Yak & Yeti hotel in Nepal for Saraf Group

At Colliers, as Senior Vice President of Hospitality, he delivered ultra-luxury mixed-use visions, including:
- Four Seasons Hotels & Private Residences, a landmark 230-key hotel with 105 branded residences, part of Asia’s first REIT development
- Two 5-star mixed-use projects in Bengaluru totaling over 1,200 keys
- Pre-construction for a massive 3-kilometer mixed-use 5-star and 6-star resort and private villa project in the Maldives for Galadhari Group

Between 2021 and 2024, as Principal Architect at ML Group, Rajesh led several high-profile projects, including:
- Hyatt Centric Hebbal Bengaluru, a 152-key contemporary benchmark in modern hospitality
- Conceptual mockups for Aiden by Best Western Bengaluru, DoubleTree by Hilton (180 keys), and Grand Hyatt Jaipur (450 keys)
- DN Kingland, Bhubaneswar, the tallest residential project in Odisha (4B, G+36), redefining vertical luxury living
