She is also the founder of ScubaFun.ae, a personal sport coaching service, built on the philosophy of diving with a purpose — using the ocean as a platform for youth empowerment, confidence-building, and personal growth.

With 1100+ hours of marine conservation service and underwater clean-ups, Rajani has organized the PADI Adaptive Dive Technique program at Deep Dive Dubai, led school awareness initiatives on dolphins, turtles, sharks, and coral conservation, and collaborated with UAE government bodies and inclusion organizations. She recently supported the Asian Paralympic Games 2025 and is currently advancing her expertise through the MIT Sustainability Professional Certificate Program. As a TEDx speaker, she brings emotionally grounded storytelling and high-impact calls to action to topics like marine conservation, ocean education, and empowering the next generation through independence and innovation.
