With more than 15 years of international hospitality experience spanning the UK, USA, Bermuda, and Southeast Asia, Saakshee has built a reputation for delivering exceptional guest satisfaction, strong commercial performance, and high-performing team cultures across world-class hospitality brands.
Leading Luxury Hospitality at Four Seasons Hotel Baku
Since joining Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in 2019, Saakshee has progressed through several key leadership roles, beginning as Director of Rooms at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane before advancing to Hotel Manager in 2022. During her tenure in London, she successfully led a team of more than 400 colleagues, driving guest engagement, operational excellence, and financial performance at one of the brand’s flagship European properties.
She also played a strategic leadership role in the hotel’s multi-million-pound renovation and the successful launch of Michelin-starred restaurant Pavyllon London, which earned its Michelin star within only six months of opening — a milestone reflecting her commitment to quality, innovation, and flawless execution.
Her leadership journey further expanded through a Task Force General Manager assignment at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire before assuming her current role in Baku.

Born in India, Saakshee brings a truly international perspective to hospitality leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with HR specialization from the University of London and a Certificate of Higher Education in Hospitality from Oxford Brookes University.
Today, under her leadership, Four Seasons Hotel Baku stands as Azerbaijan’s only Forbes Five-Star rated property and a distinguished Two Michelin Key hotel, reinforcing its reputation for delivering exceptional luxury, uncompromising quality, and consistently world-class guest experiences.
